We would have to rate this the loveliest hotel we have ever stayed at (and we have stayed at a number of very nice hotels). From the moment we walked in (at which point, instead of having to find the check-in desk and possibly wait in a queue, we were greeted personally and our bags were taken up to the room immediately), to the farewell chats and thank yous, everything about this hotel was meticulous, friendly, thoughtful ... and delicious (we had breakfast every morning, and ate once at the restaurant and once in the lobby lounge). Thank you for a wonderful stay - we will be back!

This was fantastic my only little niggle would be the bed was very slumpy I think bent inwards on one side, because I was travelling alone this time it wasn’t an issue because I could use the other side of the bed. Everything else was amazing staff are very professional exceptional

Hotel staff were excellent throughout my only issue was breakfast on the Sat where they simply got overwhelmed Items were forgotten they ran out of numerous items like glasses, butter some food items etc. It is not a big breakfast area but this was made worse when people from outside the hotel were allowed in which made getting a table difficult. As had young children with us we used room service alot which was excellent. Everything else was to a high standard and I would book here again but drop the breakfast option.

Great stay here. Club level is an added bonus…definitely worth the upgrade. Staff there are really helpful. Graham especially!
