Every part of our stay was faultless! Easy access to the Hotel with valet parking, taking all of the parking stress away. Our room was spotless & all staff were attentive & happy to help. Hotel was lovely and we had a really great stay. It appears to have had a renovation recently (stayed Jan 2026) and the room was really well equipped, comfortable and clean. Staff in the main hotel were excellent. The service at breakfast in the GPO cafe was a bit manic and disorganised, and the layout feeling a bit cramped contributed to that feeling of chaos at peak breakfast time with customers and staff all trying to move around.

We really enjoyed the Intercontinental club - the chef and attendants there were so nice and inviting. They made the stay and our visits to the club - for breakfast, tea time, drinks and appetizers - so relaxing and enjoyable. The room was very clean and gave us a comfortable night's sleep.
