Shifting in our teenager to Massey University Halls so this was the perfect location. Central to dinning and shopping. Room was as we expected - comfortable and clean. Helpful staff.

Whilst the location is great, the property was not secure, the main door could not lock and was open all night, the room was tiny, and the residents above us made noise all night meaning it was impossible to sleep. The TV was not working, and given the bathroom was shared, the price for what we paid was not in alignment with the facilaties.

Window could not be shut fully due to missing striker plate for latch (an inexpensive item).This made noise and speechvery loud from the alleyway below.

Definitely more hostel than hotel. Constant loud screech from a fan or something. It was nice for a hostel, but it's definitely a hostel.
