Very noisy. Could not get a good night sleep. There were ALOT of kids running and screaming from 6 am all through the night. They had multiple parties. I needed to get a drink no vending machine or snack bar. Restaurant seemed closed everyday. Hallways smelled like onions all day. I simply cannot ever stay there again.

Everything was shut down because it was Shabbat. So the hotel Bar and restaurant were not open. I called a week prior to ensure we could hang at the hotel at night and have a few drinks and we were not able. They should disclose if things are closed

Our room was flooded while staying here . We had 300 doller iPad ruined and the hotel offered us 50 percent back on the stay . Ridiculous! . No Air conditioning in the room. They brought us a fan lol . Staff was friendly. But if I am staying at your hotel and my things get damaged from water while staying there then that’s on the facility! So I paid 250 a night her and lost a 300 doller iPad , and all I was offered is a sorry and half of my stay back . Do the math on how much money I lost because of my stay at sleepy hollow !

Kids and adults running through the halls at all hours. Doors slamming. Can hear everything through the walls. Fire alarm went off twice and we were told it's fine to go back to our rooms. But in a way were it felt like we were an inconvenience. We got no sleep both nights. When we put a complaint in, we were told it wouldn't matter and no one will do anything about it. Do not recommend staying here.

Two fire alarms in one night. I understand this happens. But with the first alarm at 1am, there was no guidance from staff as to when to return to our rooms. The second alarm (2 or 3am?) sounded and then abruptly stopped. We did not know if we should go back outside. We did not know if there was an actual fire. Communication would have been helpful.

Place was clean and we had everything we needed. The room was fine for what we needed for the Halloween weekend. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Had to pay exgra for a microwave and needed the team to being a space heater as the heat was off but once we got those things squared away it was a great stay. I will stay again.
