Entrance to this property is grand, but unfortunately that's where it ends. The room was old & outdated. Bed supports were squeaky. Phone didn't work. Pulled back bedding & stains, what looked like blood, were on the bottom sheet. Switched rooms. New room's air conditioning didn't work properly so it was stifling. It was raining heavily & in the morning, there was a puddle in the room. Housekeeping attempted to enter our room without knocking, luckily I had the security flap lock engaged. Brought issues up to staff at checkout & was offered free breakfast. Took the offer & was once again disappointed. Very limited continental breakfast, old, stale bagels & instant coffee! Nescafé! Who serves Nescafé?! As the only option?! Would definitely NOT recommend this place to ANYone! Worst 184$ I've ever spent.

The staff were very responsive, friendly, and accessible. Plan to have a car at all times while visiting or make use of ride share - the hotel is located away from nearby restaurants and services. Call ahead to inquire about access to the bar and restaurants on site. We were planning to take advantage of those hotel services but there was a private event happening so we had no access to use hotel restaurants/bars, etc.

This is our 5th or 6th stay here. We love the pool. The carpet needed a deep clean. There were sticky parts of the carpet. The dresser had a lot of dust as did the lamps. The pool facilities were unkept which was new this stay, usually the pool is warm and tons of clean towels. I understand busy time but I was just surprised how unattended the pool was as the room cleanliness. Also no microwave in our room which was also new to us.

Staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. Comfortable and clean room, but coffee maker was dirty and security safe did not work. On-site restaurant is extremely expensive.

Crowded and outdated. In fairness, there was a large convention and/or multiple parties going on and that contradicted the serene depiction on the website. The halls were crowded and that made the navigation from our room to the lobby confusing as signage was impossible to read without rudely pushing past people. Due to the crowd, we used the back stairwells and walked outside the perimeter but in the stairwell closest to our room (which smelled like pot) we found a battery on the floor that looked like it was taken out of the smoke alarm. In short, I don’t think we got the value from what we spent. Both parking and main areas felt congested and unsafe and we won’t be recommending or using this place for future visits.
