Remodeled fall 2022 with new paint, flooring, furnishings and kitchen. Located on the 3rd floor of the building, end unit.
Vaulted ceiling in the living room, wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV. Dining area has plenty of seating and accessible from the remodeled kitchen complete with cookware, dishes, utensils, new appliances. In Bldg 19 a short walk to the Clubhouse and has a free town shuttle stops right out front of this unit.

Marvelous

My son and I truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for the two of us and would have been just as comfortable with our other halves. The location was ideal for hitting the slopes at Winter Park; the bus stops in the parking lot of the condos, or it is just a short drive up the road to the resort or the many restaurants in town. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable space for my family of 3 with a beautiful view off the balcony! Very convenient location - close to Winter Park Resort and Fraser. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!
