Location is good - a short walk into old York. Breakfast was the best. Service was good. Room was well appointed and comfy.

We stayed in a family room and to be honest it was very small. The kids shared a sofa bed which filled the whole floor and there was barely any room to move around. It wasn't cheap so this was a little disappointing. The 1st night we stayed in room 107 and the aircon extraction units were right outside our window which made it quite difficult to sleep because of the noise and vibration. The staff were more than happy to move us to another room tho for our 2nd night. On that note, the staff were all great! Very pleasant and helpful everywhere in the hotel. The breakfast was mediocre. All in all i expected a little better for the price we paid.

Good location
Hotel position was great. Bathroom had signs of wear and tear, towels good size but a bit rough. Had great coffee machine but would have loved a wee packet of biscuits to have with it on arrival.
