We stayed here for 2 nights and there wasn’t anything I could fault them with! The hotel is located about 15 minute walk from the centre! The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and room facilities were great (tea/coffee machine, hairdryer and best of all air conditioning!). I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody that is planning a trip to York!

All the staff we very friendly from the moment we checked in, breakfast team always polite and friendly, made sure to great everyone, very clean throughout, car park is very small, we paid for the 3days parking, but if you can get a space theres no need to move the car as its only a 20min walk to the town center, would book here again if we returned to york again

Staff friendly and efficient, despite having a large but very well behaved french school party. My double room was "cozy" and would have been a squeeze for two people with 18 in bed/wall clearance one side and 30 in bed/sloping wall the other. Ok for single occupation. Access to the room was a maze.
