No food service at all on site. Poor! No breakfast, lunch, dinner or NO room service. Wotif - you should have notified me of this before booking - I would have selected another venue. Slow check in! Payment equipment not working properly! Poor!

The restaurant and kitchen are now permanently closed. Sauna is not working. If I knew this I would not have stayed at Heritage.

Was very old and tired looking, shower pressure was too much and was like a waterblaster to your face. Pillows were uncomfortable. Staff were very happy and friendly.

One of the comfiest beds...want one ! Main area of room spacious and nice but bathrooms now somewhat dated. Foyer / lobby very nice. Staff friendly. Location handy to Sky Tower. Disappointed that what was once a top busy restaurant, is no longer operational. Wouldnt hesitate to go back.
