Good hotel for families or old people. If you want to have a couple drinks with friends go somewhere else. We were forced to sign an agreement where we were obviously targeted being young etc that we will not party with excessive noise and more people staying then what we paid for (which we never were going to do anyway). Also, if they think you won't ask for a concierge even though you paid for one, they will not offer so you have to force them. Disappointing being treated like this...

It is part of our cash bond policy that we ask our guests to read the extended terms and conditions as it explains why there are restrictions on charging incidentals to the room account, and informs that a quick room inspection has to be conducted before the bond is retuened as is the case in any type of tenancy agreement. Guests have all the right to refuse to sign the registration card and hotel policy, at which point we will cancel the reservation and provide any refund required. While we are here to serve our guests, the welfare and safety of our staff members will always take precedence. Our company will not condone the verbal or physical abuse of anyone on our property and the offending party will be asked to leave if they are disrupting the comfort of others. Had expectation that higher cost 'tower' room would have nice view rather than of a concrete block wall 10 metres away (room 312). Also bedside light was insufficient to read by and all four pillows were the same size and too bulky for us.

Upon arrival our room wasn’t ready and they said they didn’t actually have a room for us. We were running late for an event so this was quite stressful as we needed to get ready. The room was average. I went down to have breakfast in the morning and the breakfast was terrible, I went back up to the room and spewed up. I wouldn’t even rate the breakfast 1 out if 10. Overall for what we paid the place was not up to standard.

If a reservation is made through a third party on the same day as arrival, there may be a short delay for the information to update. We are concerned that you "spewed" up after having breakfast, as we have not had any other reports of guests becoming ill after consuming any food in our restaurant. Doreen at Front Desk was very welcoming upon check in and in day of departure, she remembered why we were in the city and took interest on how the concert went, memorable weekend and STAYING AT the Hertitage just made it that much special , thanx team we will be back.

Handy location and foyer is grand but set up wrong almost like the front door should have been a side entrance. Found it very strange to have no one at the front doors to help us with our bags or give instructions for the car that we left while waiting to check in. Receptionist got distracted twice and served others while checking us in so our car blocked the entrance for 20 minutes while we organized a valet. Oh well... Found the beds super comfy but bathroom had someone's hair and clips on the floor. Yuck!
