The Hotel is old but was tidy and the room good sized. The staff on the other hand need some training on good service. Was quite rude and very unprofessional on check in and querying things. Nice and handy to Spark arena.

Room was quite pricey considering our bathroom had a lot of mold and a broken shower head and the toilet made a really loud noise after it had finished flushing. The floor also obviously hadn't been cleaned/vaccumed as there was a pill on the floor that definitely was not from us. Location was good.
