Clean room. Staff and food in the restaurant were excellent. Reception staff not as pleasant and communicative. Nice park opposite but no shops in nearby walking distance. Handy location to the city if you have a car. The pool area was nice but the pool needs to be heated

The room had been renovated/refurbished and was lovely. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were generally very helpful. I haven't tried the restaurant. For a good value, comfortable place to stay in Auckland Rose Park Hotel is a positive choice.
