The Space: This newly renovated and redecorated home offers the best of mountain life with fresh designs in a tranquil atmosphere.
All bedrooms have their own full bathrooms with showers/tubs, so guests can have their privacy and space when needed.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious kitchen, bar, living and dining room, as well as a bedroom with 2 queen beds.
On the second floor, there are 3 large bedrooms all with king beds and private bathrooms.
The newly built back deck offers a BBQ with seating for friends and family to relax and take in the mountain air.
The Neighborhood: The neighbourhood is a quiet residential area with young families all around.
The home is only 2 blocks away from Banff Ave, offering shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, galleries and more.
Getting Around: Buses are available on Banff Ave, but taxis and bikes are the best way around town if you don't have your own car.
Other Things to Note: Our property manager lives in a separate suite in the basement of the home. It is accessed through a separate entrance and is completely separate from the main section of the property. You will likely never see or hear the tenant during your stay.
