Lovely clean room, however I had to change rooms initially as the first one was located over the restaurant rear area where staff hang out and was noisy. Also for the price, there is no room service or any way to order food or drinks to the room apart from uber eats. No real lobby or hangout area. The pool is nice and very well kept. However, There isn't even a vending machine for soft drinks. For the price you'd expect to have these little extras considering places in the same area accomodate these things. Loved the room, lovely staff, but for the price lacking some facilities. Also charged for late checkout, the only place ived stayed on Thai whole trip through Canada that has charged me, and at almost $1000 a night you'd expect that for free if they didn't need to get the room turned around quickly.

Amazing stay

It was amazing. Hotel service, staff, it was clean felt comfortable and comforting staying. No issues. Also access to Banff downtown is easy and very close to every location.

The rooms were great, we had a loft and it was awesome. Balcony was very nice as well. The bathroom and shower were also very nice. One block off the main road so easy walk and they had a nice little parking garage there.

We went to Banff for our 16th wedding anniversary! We brought our 5 year old son with us for his very first time to Banff, and so we selected Peaks Hotel and Suites because Peaks had a suite with a separate area for us to sleep in (a loft bedroom) and a pull out (very comfy!) sofa bed for our 5 year old son to sleep in below. Our room was spotlessly clean, had beautiful amenities, a lovely wee kitchen area with everything we needed, a great bathroom, amazing electric floor-to-ceiling blackout drapes, and the cherry on top was that Banff Ave and all our favourite places were just steps away! We highly recommend Peaks Hotel and Suites!
