Our check in with Lyne on 24th was professional and very friendly. We received particular impressive service again from Lyne, the reception staff member on night duty on 26th April. Lyne is an asset to the team but all staff were exceptional. Thank you so much.

The hotel is lovely and we were gifted an upgrade which was a nice surprise. The only down side is the attached restaurant. They charge $8 to deliver to the room and the food is bland and poor quality for the price. $25 for a “chicken” Caesar salad that had two tiny pieces of chicken (2cm), a hard boiled egg and stale flavourless croutons. Gochujang chicken that didn’t look or taste like it had even been fried, absolutely no seasoning on anything and no willingness to listen to and correct complaints.

My daughter was having surgery at the Mater, so it was great to be able to walk to the hospital in minutes and walk back late at night without feeling any anxiety. The staff were very sweet, efficient and accommodating. Parking was convenient and easy. A lovely view from my room. I good experience at what was a stressful time for us. Thank you.
