My daughter was having surgery at the Mater, so it was great to be able to walk to the hospital in minutes and walk back late at night without feeling any anxiety. The staff were very sweet, efficient and accommodating. Parking was convenient and easy. A lovely view from my room. I good experience at what was a stressful time for us. Thank you.

Unfortunately this hotel is located opposite a hospital. The rescue helicopter landing pad is across the road from the hotel. This was very noisy throughout the night and continued into the morning hours. The hotel itself is fine but the location is too noisy.

Good location, breakfast was lovely. Pool is not heated when stated it was heated. That was disappointing her room clean and comfortable.
