Brand new beautiful resort, beautiful room, amenities, gym and restaurants, especially Privilege restaurant and pool, staff is super attentive and kind.Ceviche at seafood place is bomb, coffee shop and French place are yummy too. Make sure u make reservations with the butler for all days of your stay right the way after check in , or you will wait a long time to get anywhere.Overall very relaxing, enjoyable experience, thank you guys

Enjoyable stay for our family of 5 during the “soft launch” of the resorts. The resort staff was amazing, friendly and helpful at all times. We enjoyed the pools and beach, as well as the bowling alley and pickle ball court. The food was generally good with some exceptional menu items - pork shank and ribeye being highlights at 2 of the restaurants - whereas the frozen cocktails were mediocre and the juice bar disappointing. The ice cream parlor and coffee place were great, again with very friendly staff. The resort will only get better as feedback comes in and adjustments will be made. Overall we recommend it and would gladly visit again.

Solo female traveler. Things I loved of my stay! - beach, sand, service on beach - Privilege upgrade totally worth it, for balcony jacuzzi, rooftop pool and bar, and privilege restaurant breakfast - Rooms are huge, comfy beds, nice view from balcony, shower and loved the scent of the toiletries, very moisturizing, great attention to details in room setup and design - Layout convenient - Coffee shop and sweet shop consistently amazing - Pools are big and gorgeous - Many things to do - Hydrotherapy in the spa - And my absolutely favorite thing was the staff and people there, just great human beings and professional - Very quick room service Areas with room for improvement are the food and beverage department. Things like more options for natural juices in bar and restaurants, quality and consistency of food across restaurants as well. Was served very raw salmon on one occasion, raw shrimp on another and overcooked tough steak. Room service is limited and serving is on disposable trays which takes away from the luxury of the hotel. If food and drinks improved ooh wow this place would be top of the top especially for food lovers. To be fair place fairly new when I went just being open about two weeks. There’s a lot to love but food is huge component for me and why I retracted a star. I hope as they continue to grow this department too cause I’d love to go back one day.

This resort was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The food was great, the views were stunning, and everything was spotless and well maintained. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff — everyone was so welcoming and genuinely helpful. Our concierge Victory was the best and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Axel and Julio were also incredible and made us feel so well taken care of. Honestly, everything! The room was spotless, the staff were amazing, and the amenities were a great bonus. Our concierge,Victor and Joel were both super helpful in arranging all the reservations for dinner and other activities. Salvatore at the beach was always available to take our drink and food orders. Ruben at the restaurant Pez Dama was amazing. Pablo at Sakura restaurant did an amazing show while cooking our food. Our favorite restaurant was definitely the Italian La Locanda. Breakfast buffet at Corales was always delightful and their staff was always welcoming. Mixologist at the piano bar made the best drinks I’ve ever had in my life. We enjoyed the option for activities, we had so many bowling nights, golf simulator nights, pool nights, and then morning Pickleball matches. Overall, we had an amazing experience and hopefully we’ll be back again for more.

We stayed at this hotel a week after its opening and the purpose was to celebrate my partners birthday. I was hesitant to book at first since it was so new it didn’t have reviews anywhere other than a very few videos on TikTok. To say we were impressed with this hotel in the best way possible is an understatement, we loved everything about it. For reference I had visited other all inclusive in Mexico before (3 other ones to be specific). The food was outstanding, everything was so fresh and yummy, the specialized restaurants were very delicious and never too packed. We went to the steakhouse the first night and had an amazing short rib and ribeye that tasted so fresh and from a high quality restaurant. We also visited the Italian, which the pizza was delicious and the appetizers amazing,and lastly we went to the Mexican one and the tacos were to die for, plus they have an appetizer with an avocado crema that was outstanding. The breakfast buffet was amazing as well, specially the omelets and big display of food to select from, they had multiple stations for omelette, nachos, cheeses, juices, etc. The rooms were amazing, when we got there we decided to upgrade to the “Privilege” service which in our opinion was amazing but if you don’t want to spend the extra money is not needed (I’ll provide more details below). Since our room was from “Privilege” we had an outdoor jacuzzi which was great and very spacious, we had some gifts, a bottle of wine, and bathrobes.

One of the best experiences I’ve had at a resort. I spent my 36 birthday here n it was nothing short of exceptional. We arrived December 2n 2025, they opened the day before the room were very large n clean the staff were very attentive it felt like you had your own personal butler everywhere you went. It was definitely princess treatment everywhere around the hotel. My favorite restaurant was the Mexican. We were able to go to all the restaurants. We didn’t go to French restaurants I’m not really a fan of French food. The steak house was top tier the Japanese and the Italian the steak was amazing. The food overall was my favorite everything was tasted soo fresh n I’m kinda of a peaky eater n if you love seafood u will love this place. Thanks to Jamie at the bar he made the best drinks. Julio Espinosa n his team n victor for making my birthday so special. Blanco at the seaside restaurant thanks for the great service. Thanks to everyone at the hotel and the personal trainer for showing me some new exercises to add to my routine.

Excelente servicio al cliente, en especial concierge con una atención súper linda al igual que personal de los restaurantes y de la playa. El hotel está hermoso con un diseño de interiores impecable y la comida muy rica. Perfecto lugar para descansar en Costa Mujeres!
