Positves: Great beach location. Nice server staff, Danna & Ixtel at the pool bars were excellent, friendly, courteous, and attentive, as well as Felix and Oscar in the main buffet area. Beautifully maintained grounds. Air conditioner in guestroom.
Negatives: 1.-No air conditioning in the main buffet room. This is place where a guest usually gets some relief from the hot and humid climate. Every other resort we have been to has air in their dining areas. 2.-Room has very little space to unpack your clothes.
