Good location, very friendly staffs, shuttle bus drivers are very helpful. Good breakfasts and good daily dinners menus. Nice balcony can watch Matthorn sunrise . Only a 3 minutes walk to the bridge for sunrise view. 5 minutes walk to Matthorn glacier paradise cable car station.

The hotel has a modern lodge feel and the staff were so kind and helpful. The PeakFine restaurant was simply delicious and the staff were so attentive. We had the panoramic family room with an amazing view of the Matterhorn! This was the highlight of our trip to Switzerland. I definitely highly recommend this hotel and would come back in the future.

Perfect Location with Incredibly Friendly Staff! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bahnhof! The location is unbeatable literally right across from the train station, which made traveling so easy. Despite being so central, I felt very safe, and it was just a short walk to plenty of great restaurants. The staff truly made the experience special. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and helpful from check-in to check-out. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Yes, the room was on the smaller side, but it was spotless and well-organized. The bed and bedding, however, were incredibly comfortable. If you’re looking for a convenient, safe, and cozy place with a personal touch, I highly recommend Hotel Bahnhof. I would definitely stay here again!
