Staff tried hard but were overwhelmed by the amount of guests. Breakfast service really struggled. Room had some issues, but the staff was really responsive and took care of the issues as quickly as possible.

We have stayed at the property previously about 8 years previous and have always stayed with Marriott hotels in general and been very happy, so I thought it was safe to stay here again. Unfortunately, the only thing good about this property now was the staff who worked with us and went above and beyond to try to make things better. The first room was not what I booked and upgraded to. We were switched to the correct room eventually only to discover that in the bathroom was a sewage exhaust that was uncapped and leaking sewage gasses into the room. The next morning we were switched into another room only to wake in the middle of the night to our room flooded with brown and black water. Our stuff was saturated with this nasty water but we were lucky that we have hard sided suitcases that blocked the water from our most important items. Every night there was racing up and down the streets in front of the hotel making it unsafe to try to go somewhere in the evenings. One evening there was even a sideshow with drag racing and burnout shows and a police chase. The rooms are far from soundproof for such an event and a good nights sleep was impossible. The staff truly was the only good thing about this hotel. It’s not their fault the owner isn’t maintaining the place.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It smelled good. The breakfast buffet was awesome. The mini mart in their lobby was a little pricey but cheaper than Disneyland. I will definitely stay again!

Perfect home away from home

We had a lovely, simple suite that was clean and comfortable. Clean, warm shower, nicely lit bathroom mirror, two televisions, kitchen essentials provided. Our only complaint was the parking situation was a little poor. There seemed to be more people parking than they had space to accommodate. Otherwise, nice friendly staff, great place.

Hotel is old and specially room 601 is in very bad condition. I tool 2 bed 2 bath, condition of 2nd room was horrible without gate n even bathroom lock was broken. Blinds were not working, dishes were dirty n very old.

Great comfortable hotel!

Beautiful hotel close to Disneyland,best included breakfast we've had anywhere. Will stay there again!

Good choice for families with kids. Don’t take the

Specious and well equipped rooms for families. Wide selection of foods in breakfast. Nice pool and large gym. Very busy elevators who didn’t work part of the time which made things even worse.

The room was nice, only bad thing about it was being out on the first floor. The parking is bad, no one parks within the lines and crooked.
