I hardly ever leave reviews, and was almost scared off in staying here because of some of the negative reviews and am so glad we chose to stay here. Yes, the hotel is somewhat dated, but it was great for us in all respects. The lobby, halls, and rooms were clean. The rooms were spacious and the staff was friendly. The breakfast is a typical free breakfast, but there are plenty of other options within walking distance too. This hotel was great for a quick trip to Disneyland and the Uber ride was around $8 and a five minute ride. We would definitely stay here again. It’s a perfectly fine three star hotel, nothing less, nothing more and great for the price. Don’t hesitate to book here.

Our room was a little dated but clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bagels and coffee at breakfast were enjoyable and there were also hot options, DIY waffles, fruit, yoghurt, cereal and juice. Close to bus stops and shops. Great location with Target across the road. And walkable to both Disney and the outlets.

Dirty underwear

Upon arrival everything was going smoothly, staff was friendly and even brought our rental crib and stroller to our room before our arrival. On our 2nd night our toilet overflowed during my shower, the lever became loose and caused the tank to overflow. Maintenance was quick to correct the problem and all was fixed. Unfortunately, on 5/2/25 while getting ready for the day I found a pair of used women underwear. I called the front desk letting them know about the situation and I requested for a deep clean of our room while we were at California Adventure. Upon our return I realized that our room was in the same condition we had left it in. I informed the front desk and they offered to have it cleaned. I denied the offer due to my family being tired after a long day. I addressed the entire situation to the front desk on 5/3/25 just before checking out and was offered free parking as compensation for the incident. Overall I was just disappointed as I felt there was no sense of urgency to correct the issue. A photo will be attached below and I look forward to your response. Respectfully, Not so happy customer

Parking was super difficult, especially if you spent a whole day at Disney and return late. They send you to the parking of the Hilton conference area. Also, I typically book my friends and I suite rooms with one bedroom and a sofa bed in the common area. This was by far the worst sofa bed I've ever slept in. Bare bones, literally felt like I was sleeping directly on the springs... Staff was extremely friendly though. Shame this hotel is majorly outdated.

The receptionist was very blunt and not very responsive. It appears that she was not happy to have a job. $30 dollars a day for parking that’s insane. I want my parking money refunded. It should be included in the cost of the room. Our room wasn’t cleaned because we need to stay at least 3 days? Crazy! To top it off we got locked out of our room at 10:00 am because “sometimes the system does that” we were told. So yeah if you can at least cancel my parking fees I would be somewhat satisfied.

El cuarto que nos dieron solo tenía una cama en un cuarto y el otro cuarto dos camas pequeñas Fui a la recepción para que nos movieran a otro cuarto con camas dobles y no había Eso no fue confortable Tuvieron que dormir dos personas en un cuarto de camas pequeñas Y otras dos en el sofá cama Nada confortable en internet están las fotos de cada cuarto tiene doble cama Y yo lo reservé así y nos dieron otro muy diferente Eso no fue confortable y desepcionante Pedimos un cuarto en primer o segundo piso y nos dieron en el quinto piso Eso tampoco fue confortable Estábamos en área de no fumar Y cuando llegamos alguien del piso estaba fumando y eso tampoco fue confortable Cobran estacionamiento creo que los huéspedes no deberían pagarlo Limpieza muy bien. Desayuno también . Ojalá que vean esta información Pero mil disculpas ya no utilizaremos sus servicios

We enjoyed staying here. The room was very clean and spacious for a family of 6. Out teens loved the entertainment area arcade, basketball and gym. Will definitely be staying here again.

I only had a couple issues like the room we were first assigned was not ready yet. Then in new room when we went to shower there wasn’t any conditioner or body wash in the pumps in the shower: other then that nice hotel.

Best thing about this place is the breakfast. So good and plenty of options. The pools were nice, and i loved that they heated it so you can still swim when its chilly out! The room/hotel was clean and nice, i didn't see any problems. It was comfortable and i liked that they had cribs for babies, so you don't have to worry. Staff could definitely work on their customer service! And PARKING IS HORRIBLE. FOR 30$A NIGHT,spots are SOOO TINY and not enough. And the arcade was pricy, kinda not even worth it!

The free breakfast is actually really good. First time I’ve ever enjoyed a breakfast. The front desk staff was great. I was just disappointed with how outdated the rooms were (especially the bathroom: yellow tile). The elevator beeps at each level going up or down. I couldn’t help looking out my window and wishing I had booked at the Hyatt next door instead. But overall a decent place.
