Property was badly maintained and on main road.very noisy. Room was bad and was too light in bedroom and the noise from the road was bad. Would not recommend!

I liked the apartment with all the home perks, large fridge, iron, hotplate microwave oven and air conditioner. It was conveniently located to the hospital which is where I needed to be. The room was a bit grubby, hot and very noisy because it was so close to a busy road.

I didn’t like anything about this property. Screen door wouldn’t close without slamming it and the wooden door was extremely hard to open - got stuck closed. Shower screen broken into three seperate pieces and impossible to close. Springs sticking out of the sides of the mattress. Overall the room was very grubby. The people in surrounding rooms were arguing violently out the front of our room. They were banging on a neighbour’s door trying to get in. We were absolutely terrified. Obviously the room was cheap but it shouldn’t have been available to hire out at all.
