We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our vacation. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, organized, and welcoming. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind and enjoy our trip. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any questions about the hotel or the surrounding area. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and very clean, and the amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. Great room. Layout of the resort is so so. The restaurants inside have a beautiful ambiance. Unfortunately the food needs to be improved. Was just ok. Other Secrets we have been to were more to our liking. The staff is very nice however as always.

Rooms were really clean! Property was beautiful and easy to navigate. The service was great but just a little slower than what we’re used to. The market buffet wasn’t all that, but the seaside grill had amazing breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

We had SUCH an incredible time! That resort felt like you were in a jungle but with all the modern convinces! The food was awesome (we have been been to at least 10 resorts in Cancun and this was by far the best! However the part that made it really great was the people. They work SO incredibly hard and make sure you are always happy! In particular Angel (worked by the pool and kept us out of the sun, cleaned our sun glasses and made sure we always had fresh towels and good convo), Irineo (I was never without a drink in my hand from him), Pedro and Josue! We genuinely enjoyed getting to know them and getting to know a little about their life! The room was impeccably clean and well stocked! We will be back!

I never leave a review but I just had to say my boyfriend and I had an amazing time at Secrets Playa Blanca. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are very clean, the food is great, and the staff was so attentive.

Amazing hotel. The spa is expensive but it’s very nice. The staff was amazing, the food was pretty good. The rooms were great and the hotel was pretty. It is pretty quiet and doesn’t have many night time activities.

Everything about this experience from the minute you arrive is 5 stars. Every detail of this resorts has been carefully crafted. The staff and service are excellent. The food is unbelievable, dinners felt like fine dining. The people were lovely! We had an absolute blast!!!!
