Very convenient location for the train station. The room was clean when we arrived except for a plastic bottle left in the recycling bin. On the second day after the cleaner had come an old teabag (not ours) was left behind on the floor which was rather unpleasant. The corridors and room had a musty smell on arrival - opening the window of the room helped clear this but the windows in the corridors were always shut when we walked through so seems like these could be opened more to help with ventilation. Our key card was deactivated well in advance of checkout time - it was inconvenient to have to go back to the front desk to get new cards to pick up our luggage after breakfast on our last day. No apologies from the staff for the inconvenience caused by this policy.

Overall it was a good experience. I would just say that the quality of rooms have slightly downgraded from last time e.g. the bathroom door handle was broken, cigarette smell in the hallway etc.

the early check in is a bit pricey (i didn’t do it) and the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, the room was stuffy as well, but overall the staff was kind, make sure you have your own water bottle for self-serve water. and the location is pretty legit for Sutton.

Comfortable and fairly clean. Breakfast was below standard (coffee machine drinks tasted awful). Bathroom was poorly designed, with the cold/hot tap lever operating in reverse, and no shelf for toiletries in the shower (pump handle bottles above sink)

Nice Modern Comfortable Hotel, Great Location

Great hotel in a good location. Modern spacious room, clean spacious bathroom. Breakfast was OK with the usual breakfast choice for a budget hotel. One of my pet hates however is the fact that they don't serve fresh juice at breakfast (this is happening more and more at many hotels not just this one). It was watered down orange squash which is awful. Penny pinching in my opinion but otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Convenient place to stay

It’s a nice place to stay. I needed to be close to my daughters place and this was definite convenient but the surrounding area was even more convenient with the Times Square near by and so many variety of stores and restaurants. Also the Sutton station is so close and the bus to Heathrow was a few mins away as well.

The entire staff were very helpful. Special thanks to Clarence at the reception desk. We spent 2 nights at the hotel. We noticed a problem with the bedside table lamps. Clarence tried to fix the problem with table lamps but he could not. He immediately moved us to another room in the hotel and we are grateful to him. The room was very clean. Really liked the underground parking facility. The staff at the breakfast room were also very polite and helpful.

Reception staff was under the influence of drugs

The hotel smelled like cannabis on the 3rd floor i raised this with the staff and nothing was done about it so i checked out a day early as i could not stand the smell of the cannabis. The staff did nothing about the smell as in my opinion the mixed race lady on reception has red blood shot eyes and looked like she was under the influence of cannabis so in my opinion this is hence why she did not investigate as to who was smoking the cannabis
