"Melbourne Theater District."
My wife and I where in Melbourne to attend a show, the theater was less than a 5 minute walk from this hotel. It is very close to China town and many of Melbourne's other great restaurants.

"Cheap, clean, great location"
Overall good value for money in a fantastic location. Broken balcony door lock, dishwasher foot and shower head. Shower head attended to quickly. Could hear lift and anything in hallway all night. Young Asian girl on front desk was very rude to me and her colleague when she clearly couldn't understand my door was not locking, other than her, the staff where lovely. Easy walk to everything. Great breakfast included. I got his for $125 per night and very happy with it.

"Highly recommend"
We stayed in the twin bedroom apartment for five days and absolutely loved it. Very modern room with great bathroom. Wifi was good and plenty of it too use. Best thing was the location of the hotel, you're close to everything. The new Woolworths and BWS opened while we were there and they couldn't be closer. Close to trams, State Library, the old Gaol, Bourke St mall, just everything really. Highly recommend this place. Only downside was the construction across the road but I can hardly blame Brady's for that.

"Nice hotel, close to Docklands and transport."
We stayed here overnight for our 10th Wedding Anniversary. The staff surprisingly offered us free vouchers for the buffet breakfast in honour of our anniversary which was very generous.

The staff at this hotel was excellent, nothing was a problem. The room we stayed in was beautiful as was the breakfast. A great old fashioned hotel with great service.
