5 stars all round. The room was fabulous with amenities far beyond expectations. Staff, especially Bianca, were very helpful and friendly. Parking was very secure and easily accessible. Location in Richmond was excellent especially in close vicinity to the Epworth Hospital where we had an appointment for medical treatment.

Very impressed with the Apartment. Very fair price, well appointed, everything you could possibly need, and close to transport and Epworth Hospital. My only suggestion would be a general thorough professional scrubbing of shower and Balcony every few months. I'm sure the cleaners do the best they can in the limited time they are alloted.
