One of my favourite stays in Melbourne. Valet parking and check-in were smooth and professional. We enjoyed an upgrade to a beautiful panoramic suite with a dream king bed and stunning panoramic views. The Pacific Club Lounge was perfect for drinks and canapés before heading out. Walking distance to restaurants, cafés, and shopping — can’t wait to return!

The room was very quiet, even though it overlooked busy roads, and the blockout blinds are the best I’ve experienced in a hotel. As someone who usually has a lot of trouble sleeping in hotels, this was the easiest way experience I’ve had. Staff were friendly and helpful and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. There aren’t many close-by takeaway options in that area, but I stayed to attend an event at the MCEC and for that situation the hotel is extremely convenient.
