Great location
Great layout of hotel , liked the great room lobby area and free breakfast,
Could improve the coffee at breakfast time - cold and never enough instant coffee in the bedrooms ( only 2 sachets)
For the price would have liked to have free Netflix and parking was average
Staff were good and sorted any queries happily and luggage storage was convenient.
Overall good and would stay there again

Friendly staff. Clean, and well appointed modern room.
Breakfast is very good.
On site parking could be improved. Arrived at 8.30pm and no on site parking (admittedly late). Took us about 20 minutes to find a spot (on street) that was a good 500m from the hotel.

The room was clean an well appointed.
Breakfast was very good.
Staff were helpful.
It would be even better if there was sufficient on site parking for guests, or give the option to pre-book. We arrived at 3.15pm (3pm check in starts) and all parking on site was already taken. Finding parking on the streets of Queenstown is no easy task!!
