Good location. 15 minutes drive from airport. 5 minutes walk to CBD (but need a decent level of fitness/mobility to walk to and from CBD). Clean, comfortable room. Decent breakfast to start the day, inc. hot food, cereals, toasts, pancakes, yogurts, fruit, pastries, juice etc.

Perfect hotel, amazingly designed. All the staff are really kind, professional and helpful. Comfortable room, no kitchen. There are washing machines in the hotel for guests to use. We had a great time, recommended!

Stayed here for our first visit to Queeenstown. Lovely room. Shower amazing. Staff all lovely.. my only thing is great walk downhill to town but coming back uphill not so great. Its not a little hill at all and very steep.

Our 3-night stay was awesome! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the place was quiet with a beautiful view from our room. Breakfast was especially amazing, you must try it! We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely stay again with our family next time.

Overall an amazing experience. The breakfast buffet, staff, and room were all above expectations. Our standard for hotels in NZ is lower since we moved here from Singapore 7 7years ago but this hotel experience in Queenstown proved us wrong.
