Welcome to our mountainside retreat nestled close to the heart of Queenstown, where tranquility meets breathtaking natural beauty. Situated between Queenstown town centre and Frankton, our charming home offers unparalleled views of both the serene lake waters and the majestic mountain ranges.
The Space:
The whole living space is available. With the following configuration of:
3 BEDROOMS:
Queen bed,
2 x Single beds
2 x Single beds or King (Prior notice required if you have a preference)
2 BATHROOMS: one upstairs with a bathtub and one downstairs with a shower
LIVING ROOM: TV, Couch and Reading Chair
KITCHEN: Ceramic stove, Electric Oven, Fridge, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Nespresso machine and basic kitchen utensils
LAUNDRY: Washing machine, Dryer and Clothes horse
HEATING: Heat pump and Electric panels
PARKING: On driveway or off street parking also available along Middleton Road. Note that driveway is on a steep slope. Please do not block any driveways when parking.
Also included is an onsite HOT TUB that you have exclusive use of between the times of 9:00am - 9:30pm. The hot tub is cleaned/serviced after every stay, therefore may not be at temperature at check in time.
Guest Access:
Living areas, kitchen and the balcony are all part of the property. No access to garage area. Our team may access the garage door occasionally during the stay.
Other Things to Note:
We are in a residential area so no use of outside areas during quiet times 9:30pm - 9:00am.
This includes the hot tub. For use only between 9:00am - 9:30pm.
Steps lead to the front door, no wheelchair access.
CCTV on front door, back door and garage for your security and to prevent parties and additional guests.
No additional guests permitted.
No Smoking on the property.
