There were a few minor problems during our stay. The staff addressed them quickly and professionally when we brought them to their attention. One of the beds in our room caused me severe neck pain. It wasn't until the third day that my wife and I switched beds to test that it was the bed. We believe the bed was not level and we had to fight it all night. When she slept in it, we propped one leg up so it was more level. The staff gave us complementary late check out - it was the last day of our stay. Having a comfortable bed is a basic requirement of a hotel, even though this may have been hard to diagnose. The trash bin in the laundry room was overflowing. When we called this in, they took care of it immediately and swept up the floor. It seems guests didn't know how to clear the lint screens, so our first load in the dryer took a long time. There was no trash can in the laundry in the Annex, so we had to carry the lint through several rooms to get to a trash can. Having the subway corridor connect underground all the way from the station to the hotel was a nice bonus. It meant we didn't have to wait for lights or spend too much time in the hot direct sun.
