Nice little place. Nice quiet location

Pros: tidy and comforatble set up
Cons: parking
I put two work colleagues in here after alternative accomodation fell through att the last minute. Ideal location for them, very comfortable, close to Albany shops, motorway on ramp, routes west and heliport. Ideal if you need to be north of the bridge.

modern and new

Pros: free wifi, smart tv, two bathrooms, good size master bedroom, agent very good to deal with, responded quickly to all queries.
Cons: need to advise that parking is off-site, could do with upgrading quality of bed, maintenance issue with shower, cleanliness can be improved.
Location: handy to motorway and food outlets, nice neighborhood
needed somewhere to stay at short notice while having renovations so we know the area. modern apartment with all amenities required.
