Clean room and great location and facilities. Only minor item was that the housekeeping staff did not refresh our towels and coffee/tea milk during our two night stay despite having a sign on the door to make up the room and having personally requested the staff to help with these two items.

Great and convenient stay. The only downside was the shower. It was nice and firm but was over a small bathtub with a shower curtain and sprayed everywhere uncontrollably even when holding it by hand. It was impossible to use it on the stand.

We had a lovely stay here. We picked it because it was walkable distance to Skycity theatre. The room was nice enough with a big comfy bed. The grouting in the bathroom could use a good scrub and quite a few stains on the carpet. Overall it was a good place to stay for a night if going to an event as we didn't spend a lot of time in the room anyway and everything else looked clean. The shower has great water pressure too. We enjoyed the pool/spa and sauna in the morning and these facilities were clean and just what we needed after a late night. Check out being at 10am meant we didn't need to rush in the morning and could enjoy these facilities. There is a Wilson parking lot maybe 200m from the reception which is handy although expensive. Thanks for having us!

Only 1 room was available at 2pm, and the 2nd one wasnt available until after 2:30. I showed photos to reception of disgusting curtains that need replacing. Also, very inconvenient access due to cards not working e.g. basement for vehicle access. Only consolation is their decision not to charge for parking but I or my family wont be staying there again nor recommend to anyone.

Staff were excellent and very helpful. Room was lovely, spacious and clean and great view and very close to main amenities. If you truly want to self cater it could do with a couple of glass bowls for microwave cooking but all pots pans and plates included.

The pool was out of order, which was not noted prior to booking. The deposit required was higher than the actual booking amount and was difficult to process. While I understand that hotels have policies like this, I found this experience particularly challenging, by far one of the hardest hotel interactions I’ve had. The price for the stay was reasonable, but the service and communication did not meet my expectations.

Hit with an undisclosed $150 "bond" on checking. Reception staf was condescending. Pool was also closed due maintenance. Then when went to check out in morning, and to refind of the $150 bond as advise on checkin would happen on check out, only dor the morning reception staff tobtry and argue the $150 wasn't taken, even showing her the receipt. Would not recommend at all.
