Summary:

A beautiful house on a quiet street with no traffic. Look at the sea right in front of the property or walk to the beach on a nature trail, 10 minutes away. Very private, classy lounge, brand new kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a large backyard as well.



The Space:

Step inside to find the perfect Kiwi experience in the glamorous suburb of Blockhouse Bay, with access to the beach within a 10-minute walk from the property.



A great modern, newly renovated kitchen and a dining area for the family.

A classic wooden feel lounge with an electric fireplace. 2 bathrooms (including 1 ensuite) and a separate toilet. Plenty of wardrobe space. Two walk-in wardrobes as well for "him and her."



Your private front deck is a lovely place to enjoy a wine and the amazing views of the blue skies and blue ocean.



Wake up only to the sound of birds and the gentle lap of the water.

You are only a few minutes walk from the sandy beach..



With summer here, it is the ideal place for a relaxed getaway, so you can curl up with a good book and a glass of wine to watch the sun rise and go down.



We have lovely walking tracks and parks in the area.



There are also cafe's and some good local craft shops in the nearby Titirangi area as well as a short drive away in the Green Bay and Blockhouse Bay areas. A Woolworth's supermarket is just a few minutes' drive away.



We are on a hilly elevation right along the coast with no houses between us and the ocean below. This house enjoys privacy, and yet there are some great pubs in the area.
