Clean, basic hotel. Accessibility room was unsuitable for a wheelchair to get up the ramp into the bathroom or the bed as it was too high.

Can not complain re service and room, apart from room service. If I was not hungry I would have complained at the quality of the meal.

Awesome room, great fast friendly check in. Did feel sorry for the concierge though as the cars were piling up for him to park and the guests were piling up wanting to leave and for him to get their cars also. Perhaps another concierge to be on at busy check in check out time periods. He was amazing, friendly even when under pressure. Buffet breakfast superb. We will be back.
