There is no staff from 7pm to 8am. We arrived at 6am to instructions for a lockbox with our key. (We missed our first night booking due to air cancellation so the room charge was already paid). An email explaining the after hours process would have been helpful.

Staff was not accommodating or very pleasant. Room was not as described or expected. No microwave, no desk, mini little table, terrible room location, 2nd floor, no view, flashing advertisement directly across from our window that was so bright, that the blackout shades couldn't block out all of the light. There was a massive ibeam in front of the window making the sitting chair and table unusable. lobby

Room was clean and had amenities like a dishwasher and washer and dryer which I didn't expect. Bed was comfortable with nice crisp sheets. The location close to the Sky Tower was excellent. But the main reason I gave it a top rating is the customer service and kindness I received from Ryan! Thanks again for all the help you gave me, way beyond what I would have expected.

The one bedroom suite was very clean. The view from the balcony was great. Could do better with toileteries ( there was the strict minimum) and you have to go to the reception to get dishwashing liquid ... The front desk staff was pleasant .
