Stayed one night with 3 friends. Nice area within walking distance to main street with restaurants. Hotel busy. Breakfast room small and busy Options ok. It was raining and in the breakfast area inside the water was coming in though a light fixture over our table- There was no one to tell until we finished and told receiption desk

Affordable in Banff

An affordable option in Banff that is not too far from downtown. The staff didn't help much so don't count on them for info. The pool is fine but not as nice as it looks online. The lobby coffee machine was fantastic.

I liked the convenient underground parking, proximity to the main street and view from the balcony of the mountains. I wish the bed had been more comfortable. The mattress was quite firm which affected my sleep. Everything else with the room was excellent.

Great location if you want to just walk to Banff downtown shops, restaurants and attractions. Breakfast being included was a plus for a family as it saved time and money while starting the day on phenomenal daily outings to gondola ride, world class lakes, breathtaking hikes, and tours. Entire hotel staff was quite cordial. Young women at the front desk was quite helpful in helping us navigate the area, recommend best ways and times to explore attractions. Room and hotel was quite clean and well maintained. Would certainly recommend.
