I stay at the Chelsea somewhat often, but this was the first time during March Break. Their policy of allowing children into the adults only pool and requiring pre-booking is ridiculous! None of this was mentioned at check in, nor was it written on the flyer I was given at check in. We arrived at the adults only pool to not only find it filled with screaming children, but the staff were acting like they might have to turn us away because we didn’t prebook a time slot. If you’re going to have this ridiculous rule then at least communicate it!
