Absolutely fabulous experience. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! The best part of the entire experience was the amazing customer service throughout the entire the stay. The staff was truly wonderful!
We did not mind that the resort was not directly on the beach. The shuttle was easy and convenient and was no issue at all. The resort is new and is in wonderful condition, we recommend the Vantage Club as the rooftop pool and premium bar is worth the extra cost.
An area of the experience that can be improved is the food. While it was all pretty good, I've had better at other resorts. That being said, the rooftop breakfast, Ennea at the Beach Club, and Oishii Japanese restaurant were our favorites of the trip. I look forward to seeing how this resort elevates the food experience as it grows into itself.
