Hotels with Air Conditioning in Quintana Roo

This resort was overall excellent. The service, cleanliness, staff and facilities were all fantastic. The beach although small was one of the best ive seen and very well maintained. My only two critiques are that there were inconsistencies in ordering a drink from one bar to the next and i wished the pool/pool bars were open later than 7pm. Other than that a great experience for the price.

Beautiful property. Very nice kid pool with a slide. And larger pool with family entertainment all day. They had a couple shows at night. The staff was amazing. Very warm and friendly people. They do have some pushy employees that sell discount tickets for the timeshare ownership. So you have to just say no and stand your ground. Very persistent. I would stay here again. The food was absolutely fantastic. And ocean and beach area were very accessible. Beach is a little rocky. Lots of shells to collect :)

Our third stay. We stayed the first two times at the Grand and the third time at Sunrise. We definitely prefer The Grand but overall had a great time. Our only complaint was the loudness of JC Steakhouse and the number of kids at 9PM! Additionally, our order took forever to arrive and my mom’s steak was under cooked. Trattoria and the golf course dining experience were out of this world. Service was amazing, transportation between properties was efficient, the dining was exquisite! I can’t wait to visit the other Palace resorts in Punta Cana and Jamaica!
