Good location

Pros: Good location.
Cons: Better security. More air conditioning. Working appliances.
An older resort in a good location and the staff were friendly. Our unit was only airconditioned in lounge area so hot nights were uncomfortable in the bedrooms where ceiling fans were not working properly. We tried to watch DVDs but both players didn't work!

An affordable stay close to the shops

Pros: The bedrooms were clean and modern with a really nice view of the city. Also, the pool was really nice - plenty of lounge chairs, a spa & barbeque.
Cons: The owners were super laid-back which was good, but the only issue was their professionalism and how they presented themselves to the guests.
Location: After a short walk you can have dinner at restaurants or even Maccas, or catch a tram/Uber to Surfer's for the clubs or even the beach.
There were 7 of us going for a weeks' holiday. Overall it is a nice resort that I would recommend to my friends. I would consider coming back here definitely. The room we stayed in was modern and had a TV, and we were able to be incredibly loud without a noise complaint. During the night we would hang out by the pool with drinks in hand so it was really relaxing. Just a short walk from the main shops and food places - made getting groceries and dinner easy. It was also easy to get to Surfer's Paradise seeing as you just have to walk to the tram stop and pay around $5. Management was super laid-back - upon checkout we were able to leave our bags at reception, go out for the day, and then come back and chill in the pool area.

Cons: everything needs improving .The resort is run down needs a lot of hen we expressed ourupdating ,old decor uncomfortable beds , old run down bathrooms
Very Disappointing experience . The resort is old and run down totally not what we were expecting looked great in the pictures .When we expressed our disappointment the Manager provided is with another apartment which was slightly better but still it very disappointing.

The hotel was very well set out & great facilities

Pros: The spaceous interior
Cons: The curtains let in quite a bit of light.
Location: It was close to Pacific Fair, Jupiters and many other attractions. Not to mention the water.
I was very hsppy with the hotel, great location, clean and walking distance to so many things.

Great complex close to CBD

Pros: Excellent large apartments. Excellent amenities. Modern appointments.Would definitely return.
Location: 10 minute walk to Broadbeach CBD & Kurrawa beach. Easy access to public transport. Close to Casino & Pacific Fair shopping centre.
Great spot within walking distance to Broadbeach. Quiet area on the water. Very relaxing spot.

Short stay, close to Oasis but too far for young children. Would definitely stay again but hire a car. Swimming area clean and quiet.

Not bad but better value available elsewhere

Pros: Pleasant outlook
Cons: Garbage truck at 5am, leaf blower at 7.30am A bit run down
Older style accommodation but not too bad Close to restaurants and a supermarket Better value accommodation available closer to town centre

Lovely resort and great location

Pros: Lovelystaff, great location beautifully presented on the outside
Cons: Need a revamp inside the appartment, kitchen alsowas missing alot of crockery etc. no iron, no vacume cleaner no foxtel
Location: Location was fantastic beautifully positioned by the water and close to everything
Beautiful looking resort from the outside,great pool and location by the water. Room itself was disappointing run down,very old furnishings compared to what you seein the photos. It looks like it hadnt been touched since early 90's.
