Extremely late 5.15pm to receive our room key. Run down broken tiles around the pool. Chips and empty glasses in and out of the pool area. Terrible beds . Terrible pillows . Will never stay here again . Needs some major TLC .

The salt water pool was a unique experience! It was amazing. Loved the river pool and the slide! The spa was a little too small. Facilities was clean and staff was very helpful and accommodating. Checking in and out was a breeze! Parking was free! Buffet breakfast great! Our room had the lagoon/beach view! The facility is very family-friendly! Only thing we didn’t like, was someone was smoking above us and the cigarette butt was thrown down to our balcony!

We had such a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff were exceptional – friendly, and very helpful. The buffet was absolutely outstanding – fresh, and beautifully presented. Room service was amazing, a lot to choose from and service was quick. Highly recommend. The pool is fantastic for kids with the sand to play in and there are communal sand toys if you forget your own. Pool bar is great for food and drinks. The hotel itself is beautiful and the onsite restaurants are fantastic. Highly recommend you book ahead for the teppanyaki restaurant and also the buffet night at the main restaurant. We will stay here again! The staff are also, all wonderful.
