I recently stayed at the Marriott Resort on the Gold Coast and had a fantastic experience overall. The resort itself is beautiful, with well-maintained facilities, a relaxing atmosphere, and friendly, attentive staff who made the stay feel welcoming from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The pool area and amenities were standout features, perfect for both relaxing and spending quality time. Everything felt well-organized and catered to a high standard. The only downside during my stay was that the coffee service closed at 9:30pm on a Saturday night, which felt a bit early for a resort of this caliber. It would have been great to have that option available a little later, especially for guests looking to wind down in the evening. Aside from that small inconvenience, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider returning..

Extremely late 5.15pm to receive our room key. Run down broken tiles around the pool. Chips and empty glasses in and out of the pool area. Terrible beds . Terrible pillows . Will never stay here again . Needs some major TLC .

The salt water pool was a unique experience! It was amazing. Loved the river pool and the slide! The spa was a little too small. Facilities was clean and staff was very helpful and accommodating. Checking in and out was a breeze! Parking was free! Buffet breakfast great! Our room had the lagoon/beach view! The facility is very family-friendly! Only thing we didn’t like, was someone was smoking above us and the cigarette butt was thrown down to our balcony!
