Nice hotel and very convenient to catch the train. Great service from the moment we arrived from the Reception team to the GM!
Special mention to an amazing restaurant team member Sandor, who knows what it entails to give an excellent service!!! We stayed at the hotel for several days and he consistently provided the same level of excellent service standards to everyone! And before I forget, this hotel serves the best croissant in the whole world! I travel a lot and I know my croissant!!! We will definitely stay in this hotel whenever we are in London! Thank you Niall and Team! Keep up the excellent efforts!

Convenient & Afordable
The hotel was very close to the station and only 15 minutes from Central London.
The reception staff were very helpful and the room was cleaned daily.
It was a very nice place to stay while on holiday.
My only issues was the restaurant staff didn't seem to know what to do when I ordered food and even hung up on us when trying to order room service.
