Stayed here before for a solo trip so booked it again for this trip. Was still good overall but noticed how the showers was so difficult to keep water out of the stall even with the curtains (my previous room didn’t have it). Customer service is okay. I didn’t really need much so that’s not too much of a worry. But I did notice that staff usually just seems unapproachable or just bored so it’s a good thing I didn’t have to really ask or request for anything else.

This is a very small hotel, not what the pictures portray. The room was a good size but the heating didn’t work, so we were very cold. Breakfast was ok and had a good choice. Staff were friendly and courteous. Overall it was ok with great access to a tube station very nearby.

Location is great with one station across the road and 3 others around 20mins walk away. Hotel reception staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was a bonus and had a good variety. Our room was clean, well equipped and quiet. Would return.

The room was clean but very, very small. The staff was outstanding and breakfast was great. The only reason for the 4/5 stars is due to the extremely small room.

Breakfast was buffet style in the greenhouse area which was nice. They had a good variety of foods available. Even though they had the same food every day they had a nice variety so you could have something different each day.
