very run down, expensive for what you get, the hotel layout is like a maze. the breakfast was good. was mucked around when wanting to leave and get a credit, one minute said it was fine then was told to go back through expedia

Nice hotel - some nice views and very helpful staff. The property is a bit tired but we didn't spend much time at the hotel though - too much to see and do in the district and so little time to do it!

Very tired rooms with tired decor. Presumably this was quite a nice hotel thirty years ago, but really something should have been spent on it since then. Sort of lakefront, but nothing like the lakefront hotels in the middle of town who charge the same rates
