Amazing position looking down onto Queenstown, rooms are very small but clean and comfortable. Helps to have the rooftop patio area and the great communal space/courtyard also. Free hot drinks is a bonus and first place I have been to with a Hair straighter & Hair dryer in the room. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel is quite modern and located very conveniently. Room was small but functional and clean. Storage was somewhat of a challenge. Mattress was comfortable. Room was very quiet and dark during sleep. Shower was great as was toilet. No tea or coffee maker in room, but a dispenser for both (and more) was on each floor - not perfect but adequate. Laundry area with 3 washers and 3 dryers was very welcome. Cost NZ$7 each with free detergent. Floor 6 has a rooftop terrace for relaxing, but it is sun baked at times and subject to rain at others. Floor 2 has a socializing room plus outdoor seating that was actually more usable during our stay. We would stay here again.

Rooftop terrace was great! Location excellent. Free hot beverages, ice and water. Hotel and rooms very modern and high tech. Only issue is the rooms were very small, but the beds were high so you can store your suitcases under the bed.

It's very close to everything, only there is not much place to put your suitcases. The vending machine was awesome, I really loved rooftop. We can see gandolas from rooftop.

Hotel was nice but very poor service from reception/hotel. They only have 1 iron in the whole facility which was taken by a guest staying and put in their room vs communal laundry. No effort was made by the hotel to facilitate a replacement or provide an alternative solution

Great hotel and location. My husband and I stayed here on two different visits to Queenstown and plan to stay there again if we return. Location is a block away from grocery store, DOC center, short walk to Fergburger and the shopping area. It is modern, has laundry room, rooftop terrace is amazing to view sunset or eat takeout dinner, filtered water available on every floor.

Clean room, fluffy towels, temperature control in the room that worked, courteous & helpful front desk staff, and MiPad location was close to the main tourist haunts in Queenstown. The shower was excellent, too! I may not pass through Queenstown again, but if I do, I’ll definitely try to book accommodation at MiPad.
