This hotel was perfect for what we needed- a clean and comfortable room close to the center of Queenstown at a reasonable price. The rooftop terrace and free coffee on every floor were a nice touch!

I have stayed in similarly sized rooms before, so it wasn’t the small size that was disappointing. It was the overall poor quality of the furnishings and linens. The mattress was poorly made, the sheets were scratchy and the pillows uncomfortable. When you have such a small space, I would expect a focus on quality.

Excellent boutique hotel in a great location close and walkable to central Queenstown. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The bathroom set up is a little unusual with the sink separate to the toilet and glass doors for both the toilet and shower but these things didn't cause me as a solo traveller any inconvenience or issues. No fridge in the room which could be problematic if you have medication that needs refrigeration. To compensate, the hotel provides complimentary hot and cold drinks on every floor. The rooftop terrace is a must if visiting. I will stay again.

My room is in a half-basement, even though they call it Level 2 (The check-in desk is located at Level 3). This should be clarified at the time of booking. I really like the free hot drink machine at every level so that we can get coffee, tea at any time.

Nice and clean, convenient, has nice facilities for laundry. Rooms are small with the bathroom being in the closet next to the bed - not the nicest place if you need to go. Room lighting was a bit strange.
