There is construction going on in front of the hotel which woke us up at eight in the morning. The hotel itself is very beautiful and the grounds are very nice other than the construction

Friendly welcome from reception staff. Very helpful. Room was good size and had everything that you required. Exceptional view. Restaurant was fully booked so recommend that you book in advance. However we were accommodated in the bar lounge. Good choice of wine and bar snacks that sufficed as an evening meal. Comfortable bed. Rainfall shower with lovely toiletries. Again book the hot soak tubs in advance. Restaurant for breakfast was delicious and again great service.

Nice property with very friendly staff and good restaurant with great view of the lake. We enjoyed our stay. Worth noting that there is construction work going on adjacent which we were not aware of when we booked but this did not affect us too much.
