Hotels with Indoor Pools in Richmond

I had a pleasant check-in experience, and the hotel itself is very nice overall. However, it did feel like there was a strong push to pay for early check-in, otherwise rooms weren't readily available. The shuttle service was a mixed experience. One driver came across as quite unfriendly and seemed unhappy, which made for an unpleasant ride. On the other hand, another driver, who wore a turban, was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. The difference in customer service between the two was remarkable. Overall, it's a great place to stay, but more consistent customer service from the shuttle staff would make the experience even better.

The room in this hotel is spacious and super clean. Bed is very comfy.. The staff are all kind , friendly and helpful. There is. an extra large tub, as well as a shower in the room. ,, I had been traveling a lot and that tub was just what I needed to relax and get a super good sleep. Also the pricing was reasonable .(which is helpful these days ! ) ,

Wonderful staff, considerate and helpful. 10 min walk to night market. Nice indoor heated pool with a good size water slide. Only con is depending on what side of the hotel your room is, you may hear the planes flying by and/or the metros going by.
