Summary:
As You Do is just a stones throw from the Redwoods Forest and some of the world’s best Mountain Biking trails. This spacious, open plan home provides all you need for a Relaxing Getaway or an adventure packed visit. The living area opens onto decks on both sides of the house with the main deck orientated for afternoon sun with a BBQ and walkway to the Spa Pool. The Garage is available for bikes and toys.

Getting Around:
The house is less than 1km from the Redwood Forest and world famous mountain bike tracks, a short drive to the stunning Tarawera, Blue and Green lakes, fishing, hiking, sightseeing, boating, rafting and horse riding. The perfect location no matter what you are looking to do during your stay!

The house is located within walking distance of a number of parks, the Lynmore Tennis Club, a convenience store, boutique cake shop, the Redwoods Centre with organic produce/supplies, butcher, fishmonger, liquor store, and top physio for those MTB injuries. Great kids room.

Gorgeous open well equipped kitchen and lounge area with exposed beams. 4 bedrooms that can sleep up to 10 so was great for our two families. The kids loved the bunk room and the spa. Laundry facilities as well. Really enjoyed our stay.

This property was awesome, ideal for our mountain bike weekend. Close the riding and town. Spa was a treat a after a long days riding. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great couple of nights here with our two teen boys and dog. It's a fabulous house - lots of space, good kitchen, secure storage for the bikes and fully fenced for the dog. V handy to the redwoods and the spa was lovely. Would gladly stay again.

Worked out perfectly

Our group of close friends have been riding mountain bikes together for 29 years. The house served our purposes with it's excellent location and comfortable facilities. Great spaces and nice to relax in the spa pool after a day of riding in the Redwoods Mountain Bike Park just down the road.

Great position as our purpose of being there was to do the Redwood Treetops Walk. I spent time cleaning when we arrived, table and bench tops were not clean and the living area was dusty everywhere. On the other hand the bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets were clean. The couple who slept in the bunk room said their bed was very uncomfortable, sore hips and shoulders in the morning.

Beautiful, warm and clean place to stay.

Close to town only a few minutes drive. Clean house. Spa was a treat, both kids and adults enjoyed it. House had dishwasher which made clean up easy. Washing machine and dryer came in handy with our 5 children and 5 adults. House is very spacious. Overall we all enjoyed our stay very much, thank you for the pleasant stay.

TV setup is amateur. I raised it with the property manager and apparently I don’t know how to use a remote, lol. Bathroom door locks broken. Multiple locked in the bathroom experience. House felt a touch dirty and the blankets on couches etc absolutely stank. Clearly don’t get washed. The good- had the heating left in for when we arrived which was nice. The internet is excellent. Overall- Pretty avg place.

Winter break

Found the property exactly as represented in its photos and description. Was very clean, super warm and a pleasure to stay in. The spa pool was fab and on cold very wet afternoons (which was every day) was very much enjoyed. Located near the Redwoods and not far from the Blue and Green Lakes made it perfect for walking the dogs. Would definitly stay again if going to Rotorua.

Cosy warm family comfort

Although we had a lot of issues with dishwasher, spa pool the house is overall very comfortable and spacious for family. For the price I think you should seriously think about updating the beds to king size as both were uncomfortable and hubby had to sleep in the spare room as one was way too soft and the other way too small. The Management were helpful at every step when we encountered issues and fixed all the problems. The house is very cosy and warm and perfect for a winter holiday

Great Family Stay

We really liked this property. It was great for our group. Grandparents, 4 parents and 4 children ranging in age from 6 to 2 years. Our biggest criticism would be warmer bedding was required for this time of year. Some of our party were very cold as they had shared the extra bedding with the children.
