We reported broken bedside lamps and noisy air-conditioning which prevented us from getting a good night's sleep. We stayed 4 nights nothing was done to fix the issues.

Warm greeting at our early arrival well before check-in time. Allowed to do bag drop and use lounge with tea and coffee making facilities, Older hotel, updated and well kept. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great facilities and breakfast included was excellent. All staff pleasant and helpful. Good location with bars and restaurants nearby. Bus to city at bottom of street. We will definitely stay again.

Great location can be noisy though the neighbour on the right is a nutcase…but it was okay…lovely staff so wonderful…the manage Richard was marvellous. The room needs an up grade and maintenance but pleasant. Breakfast fantastic lounge area very nice pool table great!

Great hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed the room (thanks for the upgrade Richard), the vibe of the hotel, the hot breakfast and the staff. Our cleaners were also just gorgeous and came every day with fresh towels. We stayed for four nights. It was quieter in our room at night than in our rural house in NZ! Wonderful sleeping.
