Warm greeting at our early arrival well before check-in time. Allowed to do bag drop and use lounge with tea and coffee making facilities, Older hotel, updated and well kept. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great facilities and breakfast included was excellent. All staff pleasant and helpful. Good location with bars and restaurants nearby. Bus to city at bottom of street. We will definitely stay again.

Great hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed the room (thanks for the upgrade Richard), the vibe of the hotel, the hot breakfast and the staff. Our cleaners were also just gorgeous and came every day with fresh towels. We stayed for four nights. It was quieter in our room at night than in our rural house in NZ! Wonderful sleeping.

This hotel is definitely value for money, the rooms are clean and well equipped and the breakfast is excellent with a really good selection of hot and cold food. There is also a nice outdoor patio area on the 3rd floor and a lounge are on the 2nd. A perfect location for exploring Sydney, only a short walk to nice bars and restaurants as well as the Botanic Gardens. The only downside are the steep steps down to the hotel from Kings Cross Station. I would recommend a taxi if you have a lot of baggage.

A gem to find this lovely friendly place to stay. I had my 94 yr old mother with me & everything was easy & welcoming. We arrived on a late flight & were welcomed at the door, key access for late arrival was explained really well. There is a fabulous lounge area with tv, billiard table, comfortable seats & coffee machine. Great breakfast room as well with added outside area.
