Convenient hassle free booking. Arrival and checkout seamless with only email contact no staff encountered. Crammed into tiny space and bathroom could have been cleaned more carefully, lots of someone rt less hair around,

Easy ride from the airport. Hassle free after hours check in and early departure. Never saw a staff member. Just accessed key and done. Some hairs in the ba th room that we’re not mine, but otherwise clean and fit for purpose

Unfortunately only stayed 1night, was dark when we got there and left early to catch a flight, so only got to sleep, the unit was clean, tidy and the bed was comfortable. Had everything we needed. Well done team Auckland Motel.

Property was okay for my needs. It has been partially renovated but details missed that made the enhancements unsuitable for the space or unsightly ie walls not repaired from previous fittings. Never saw any reception staff. I arrived after 6 after a long drive, so it was dark and I found it difficult to find my room. Others were finding the same. Some instructions with the key would have been helpful.

As per email sent to you with lockbox instructions it cleary stated. 'Instructions on how to get in and out of your room are at the back of your key card' Im sorry you found that difficult to understand!
