One particular staff member lied about the shuttle service at night saying the shuttle came to the pick up point for 6 people and looked for me but I know that shuttle van and it didn’t come while I was waiting for 1 hour. Similar experience last time I stayed. saying the shuttle would be 10 to 15 mins but I waited an hour. I don’t mind waiting if they are honest and say. Same staff member next morning lied to another guest who didn’t get his wake up call or his breakfast obviously the staff forgot but covered it up by saying they couldn’t wake the man

When we arrived, after 3, we were told our room wasn't ready, please take a seat in the lobby, it should be ready in 30 minutes to an hour! Not good enough. when the room was ready the staff member came to me and said thou can now book in and go to your room. By this stage my husband had left to return the hire car so I had all this luggage and no help was offered and she was content to let me just continue to sit in the lobby and wait for my husbands return. The room was clean enough and the size was ok. The restaurant, while nothing flash had nice food and the service there was great. The shuttle bus driver in the morning was very helpful. Dot't be fooled by the photos of the pool, it is in the middle of the roundabout out the front of the hotel, surrounded by the driveway.
