Thank you for your valuable feedback. We are transitioning our in room amenities from individual bottles to the more eco friendly pump action type. However due to stock shortage from our supplier, the roll out has been slower than planned. As for breakfast, we serve a cooked buffet everyday with a good selection of hot food, please let us know which items you were not satisfied with if you dine in next time. Thanks.
