I booked this property because it listed parking was available on site and I do not like hidden extras. This property had no parking available on arrival and we were told to find Wilson parking nearby and were given terrible directions to find it. driving around for 20 minutes we were unable to find any Wilson parking that was not limited to 120 or 180 minutes, so we parked on the street quite a hike back to the hotel. Surprize surprize we ran into others with the same complaint. I provided the nesssary credit card on check in and started I would clear the account on debit card on checkout as I didn't want to be stung 4% surcharge on my credit card (and who in the hospitality industry charges extra for a credit card when it is industry standard to use one) however on check out my card was already charged with surcharge and I was not offerred a copy of the receipt. There was also a mouldy dirty rag (or old underwear) outside the window in the window box along with latex gloves which was disgusting to look at.

Excellent place to stay. We had a spacious 2 bedroom unit. Was missing kitchen utensils and they ask you to clean the communal BBQ if you use it, but nothing available to clean the BBQ with. Highly recommend

The room was an apartment that had everything i needed to make my stay comfortable...washing machine, dryer, microwave, cooker...it was fantastic! The room was spotless on arrival and cleaned everyday. I would definitely recommend this hotel
