Beautiful place for families, with pool, spa, trout stream, mini golf and great location. The staff were welcoming and accommodating with the changes with our reservation plans, we decided to stay longer because it was so relaxing. We will definitely come back, and bring our family and friends.
A great place to stay. The staff were very, very helpful and friendly. A 10 to 15 dollar taxi trip into town to the pub. The rooms had everything we needed.
Loved the spa! This property looks better in real life that in photos. Very impressed with our over night stay. Definitely will return.
Great hotel for family. Great thermal pool. Guest laundry. Stayed in family unit towards front. Was a little noisy from all the tour buses. Fabulous Japanese tapas bar. Very reasonable prices.
Heating was just adequate, plenty of room, very comfortable bed. Not fond of shower without door or curtain!
This is a lovely period building & I love the building & the decor. I found a long black hair on the pillow, I didn't love that.
They mixed up the rooms and then were quite rude when we enquired about WiFi, disappointing customer service overall for what we paid
