Room was large clean with a view of the ocean. Housekeeping was good, drinks in fridge delivery was good.
The la cartes are ok, food is lacking some flavour, and if eating after 7:00 you will probably have a wait. Only Japanese, steakhouse, Italian and Manhattan are the only four open for dinner, with buffet. Breakfast is only the buffet, lunch is buffet, hamburger/hotdog/pizza outside by pool, and possibly a Mexican à la carte. Room service has a charge of $200 ($10 usd) pesos for each time. Less then advertised, unless you are Infinite.
Pools are good, lots of bars.
Elevators at one end of the property were great, other end had one out of order and other was very slow.
General cleanliness was good. Overall feeling was small maintenance is needed, paint, and small items.
