Beds were comfortable which was a positive. Room was run down. Didn’t seem to be very clean. White stains on lounge, chairs and the floor. Air conditioner wasn’t working, rooms were stuffy and too warm. There was a sign that said renovations were starting to happen. The bathroom looked like it had its walls and ceiling painted recently, however the paint had splattered over the bathroom, on the tiles and in the bath. There was a badly patched hole in one of the bedroom walls. Parking was available next door which was handy. Staff were friendly, helpful and apologetic for the lack of air conditioning.

Toilet roll balanced on towel rail because no holder. Bath internal surface breaking away underfoot and blocking drainage. Only one glass to drink from. Very ordinary especially for the price that they were charging.

Whilst the location , room ,price and staff were good To save money they turned the elevator off after hours!!! We were on the 5th floor making it quite a climb and with a sore knee that just made it more of an issue !!! There was a family with small children trying to get to their room and an older woman who had not long had a hip replacement Not acceptable

Elevator was turned off at night. Had to walk up 6 floors of stairs. Reverse cycle air conditioning - that didn’t work. Balcony doors were able to be opened to allow for cold breeze to come in, balcony felt very unsafe.

Was a great location, but could drop the 200 extra deposit until cleaned properly and everything works properly, but kids had fun using the spa bath and the quietness of the room, and the friendly staff were amazing.
